Machine Operator

Job Overview SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm Bi-Weekly Pay QUALIFICATIONS: • Load and run production parts. (Training available) • Deburr/Assembly/ Clean-up. (Training available) • Machine Maintenance (Training available) • Ability to read prints (Training available) • Ability to complete in-process inspection. (Training available) • Measure parts in order to ensure conformance to specifications using precision instruments. Has the ability to troubleshoot and come up with quick fixes. • Follows inspection procedure for each inspection. • Follows all procedures such as signing off each step on the router. DESCRIPTION DETAIL: • Critical Thinking -- Uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. • Time Management -- Managing one's own time to maximize production of parts. • Selective Attention -- The ability to concentrate on a task over a long period of time without being distracted. • Assist in keeping all machines running at or close to 100%. • Assist in facility maintenance and helping to keep shop clean. • Perform machine maintenance on all machines. (Training available) • Contribute to a team environment. • Think outside the box; assist in taking the company to the next level. • Work within all policies and procedures of the company.
