Machine Operator/Shipping and Receiving

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced factory environment. Duties • Operate and monitor machinery such as stamping presses, lathes, and assembly line equipment. • Utilize hand tools, calipers, and micrometers to ensure precise measurements and quality control. • Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any operational issues. • Set up tooling for production runs and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance. • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations. • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. • Document production data accurately for reporting purposes. Requirements • Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role. • Familiarity with tooling, stamping presses, lathes, and other factory machinery. • Proficient in using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and Fanuc systems. • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance. • Ability to work effectively in an assembly line environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. • Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment. • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
