Maid/Housekeeping Cleaner

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial settings, ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment for all occupants. A strong focus on customer service and attention to detail is essential in this role. Responsibilities • Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. • Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing when requested. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks. • Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning as needed. • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. • Uphold high standards of cleanliness in accordance with company policies and procedures. Skills • Experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; is a plus. • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products used in housekeeping. • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. • Familiarity with floor care methods and carpet cleaning techniques. • Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks. • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. • Training will be provided as necessary.
