Mail Services Rep (Inserter/Bindery) (On-Site)

Job Summary

The Mail Services Representative operates the Inserting/Bindery machines and ensures that high Quality Control standards are met. Fully comprehends and operates automated inserter mail system (AIMS). Orders product from warehouse inventory and ensures that internal customers are charged correctly. Communicates regularly with manager on job and machine processes. Accurately evaluate work orders and set the machines in accordance with job specifications. Ensures that company's safety regulations and procedures are followed. Ensures that Inserting/Binding machines are in proper working order. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Primary duties include, but not limited to:

• Ensures production and quality standards are met.
• Collaboration with team members and customers
• Meets all service level agreements and ensures that all deadlines are met.
• Build and maintain internal relationships using mutual trust.

Job Requirements

Required Education and/or Certifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Mechanically Inclined

Required Work Experience

• 1 year plus in industry related field.
• Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

Salary Band: 02A

This selected candidate will be expected to work onsite in Indianapolis, IN.The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in IN as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
