Mainframe Engineers

Job ID: 24-01545 Senior Mainframe Programmer Analyst for a contract to hire position. Must be able to work without sponsorship US Citizen, Green Card Holder, EAD in final stages of Green Card.

This position is hybrid / onsite (3 days onsite a week) near the Bellevue/Renton area.

Looking for hands-on expertise in Mainframe, Cobol, JCL, CICS and DB2 and/or IMS.

What you will be doing:

-- Maintain and enhance Mainframe Systems using Cobol, CICS, JCL, DB2 or IMS

-- On-call support, system support, troubleshooting, production support of Mainframe Systems (which can include evenings or weekends - rotational)

-- Systems Analysis, SME working with stakeholders, gather requirements

Works in an Agile environment

What you will need:

-- 8-10+ years in Mainframe Programmer Analyst, Engineer

-- Cobol

-- CICS

-- JCL

-- DB2 and/or IMS

-- Productions Support, System Support

-- Strong Analysis, gathering requirements, business acumen

-- Agile methodology
