Maintenance/ Helper C Janitor

The Helper C will monitor, clean and maintain the building, common areas, recreational facilities as necessary: Responsibilities Include: • Relieve midnight doorman for lunch/ bathroom breaks • Move compactor & recycling cans to loading dock • Clean the Fitness Center & Swim Club, including the bathrooms • Clean the outer/inner lobbies on a daily basis • Assist residents with retrieving bicycles and cccessing the Storage Room as needed • Assist residents with lock-outs • Document & report any incidents/ issues to the Chief Engineer/Assistant Engineer and or Management in a timely fashion. TRAINING:The 10-week janitorial training program offered by SEIU Local 1, at the Local 1 Training Center must be completed.The hourly pay rate increases to full union scale upon completion of the Local 1 Training Program.
