Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician

Industrial Maintenance Technician – Night Shift (Direct Hire) Pay:$35.20– $40.00 per hour Schedule:12-hour Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | 2-2-3 Continental Rotation Status:Full-Time | Direct Hire Hours:Approx. 40 hours per week, with overtime available Join Our Team! We're seeking askilled and safety-focused Industrial Maintenance Technicianto join our growing team on the night shift. What You'll Do: • Maintain and repair production and facility equipment (mechanical and electrical). • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints. • Troubleshoot motors, contactors, relays, PLCs, and control systems using multimeters and tools. • Operate advanced shop equipment (bandsaws, mills, lathes). • Service chillers, compressors, pumps, and auxiliary systems. • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime. • Accurately document maintenance work in the CMMS and manage spare parts inventory. • Participate in plant initiatives (5S, audits, GPS teams, etc.). • Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate PPE. Qualifications: • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experienceorequivalent military background. • Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical & mechanical). • Familiarity with PLCs and motor controls. • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions (climbing, kneeling, bending). • Comfortable working independently on a rotating schedule, including weekends and overtime. • Preferred:Experience with flexible packaging equipment (blown film, flexo printing, extrusion, lamination, slitting). • Forklift experience is a plus.
