The Role As a Project Scheduler, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of our renewable energy projects. You’ll work closely with portfolio managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create and manage project schedules that keep our operations running smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized, proactive individual to make an impact in a fast-growing industry. What You’ll Do • Develop and maintain schedules for multiple renewable energy projects, ensuring timely execution. • Collaborate with teams to gather project requirements and create realistic, achievable timelines. • Monitor project progress, updating schedules to reflect changes or delays. • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or resource constraints with creative solutions. • Communicate updates clearly to project teams and stakeholders. • Maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual schedules for customer portfolios. • Generate maintenance reports to support portfolio management and deliver valuable insights to clients. • Support the portfolio management team with procurement, logistics, and job quoting. • Assist in creating documentation and managing projects within our maintenance management system. What We’re Looking For • Strong grasp of project management principles and methodologies. • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) is a plus. • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects. • Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal. • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to precision. • Experience in the renewable energy industry is a bonus, but not required.
