Maintenance Technician -HVAC Certified Description As an HVAC certified Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks. You will also be responsible for responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard. **Responsibilities:** • Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, landscaping, and cleaning common areas • Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems • Respond to maintenance requests from residents and management • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inspections • Ensure the safety and security of the property at all times • Assist with special projects and renovations as needed **Requirements:** • High school diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Salary $18 - $22 per hour
