Maintenance Team Expansion – Helpers and Skilled Generalist Needed We are expanding our maintenance team and are looking for dependable individuals to assist our plumber, carpenter, and electrician, as well as a general maintenance worker with a wide range of skills. Positions Available: • Helper for Plumber • Helper for Carpenter • Helper for Electrician • General Maintenance Worker (must be able to assist across trades) Key Responsibilities: • Assist with apartment upgrades and general building maintenance • Perform basic work in concrete, plastering, light electrical (e.g., switches, outlets, light fixture replacement), and simple plumbing (e.g., traps, faucets) • Support day-to-day maintenance operations Requirements: • Willingness to learn and take direction • Versatility and ability to assist across trades • Strong work ethic and reliability • Must be available for weekend on-call coverage for emergency maintenance issues This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skill set and be part of a hands-on, fast-paced maintenance team.
