Maintenance/Housekeeping

Responsibilities: - Perform residential painting, porter, custodial, and cleaning duties to maintain the overall cleanliness of the premises. - Execute facilities maintenance tasks such as floor care, industrial cleaning, and buffing to uphold high cleanliness standards. - Conduct commercial cleaning activities to ensure all areas are sanitized and presentable. - Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, and disposing of trash in designated receptacles. - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, and resident rooms. - Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate personnel. - Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Requirements: - Proven experience in residential painting, porter services, custodial work, and commercial cleaning. - Ability to clean efficiently while paying attention to detail. - Knowledge of facilities maintenance tasks including floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods. - Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. - Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift. - Understanding of safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
