Job description

Your agenda will consist of:

• Solving malware incidents
• Cleaning and retrieving samples of malware remotely from customer’s PC
• Working / cooperating on various malware oriented projects with wide variety of teams
• Maintaining ongoing projects which require regular update
• Fine tuning processes employed in malware support
• Continuously learn new IT security oriented knowledge

What do we expect from you:

• At least 1 year of experience on similar position
• Insight into how PC works (networks, operating systems)
• Practical experience with malware/security issues is a plus
• Fluent English (B2) – both written and spoken
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Good communication skills
• Being responsible and reliable
• Eager to learn new things and grow in IT security field
• Problem solver and solution seeker
