Management Trainee

At Jacksonville Catalyst Firm, we boost our clients' visibility and maximize on their already well-known status through in-person communication and sales process. While our clients are already recognizable in the telecommunications industry, we work with local businesses to provide them with the most updated versions of their services. We are looking for a Management Trainee to build an understanding of the industry and complete sales through informational communication and proper customer relations. As a Management Trainee, you will meet with potential business customers to present client products, services, and offerings to create sales and engagement. Part of being a Management Trainee is developing a holistic knowledge of the telecommunications industry, the local market, and our client's plans for enhancing their customer experience. While problem-solving and executing sales plans are a huge part of the role, it is also important to connect with customers on an even level as well. Management Trainee Responsibilities: • Making sales by speaking with customers face-to-face, answering questions, and giving examples of previous positive experiences • Supporting business customers through the sales process, providing them with additional client resources if necessary • Sharpening your sales and communication skills through in-office Management Trainee meetings and workshops • Working closely with other Management Trainees and Client leadership to achieve daily or weekly goals and assist clients • Sharing ideas and observations gathered during face-to-face sales interactions to improve the overall customer experience and client development • Utilizing client resources provided to Management Trainees to escalate any customer inquiries while maintaining proper compliance What We’re Looking For in a Management Trainee: • Ability to problem-solve while communicating with customers/business owners • A people-first mindset - you’re friendly, professional, and easy to talk to • Working together with other entry level team members and sales teams to reach client sales goals • Interested in business development and trends within the telecommunications industry, willing to utilize new knowledge to spark additional opportunities and grow Management Trainee Overview: This position is afull timeemployment position located inJacksonville, FL.This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in a face to face role with customers and business owners. • Pay:100% commission-$70-$300 per order. On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee. • Clients & Products:We work with AT&T promoting and signing up new customers for their internet and wireless services • Location: Jacksonville, FL Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
