Primary Responsibilities:

• Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them
• Participate in client relationships, client communications
• Serves as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues
• Solves complex problems and develops innovative solutions
• Performing and reviewing complex actuarial analyses
• Reviews work performed by others and provides recommendations for improvement
• Lead actuarial analysts in to support and enhance the pricing & reporting requirements of various clients
• Lead teams to deliver quality results against aggressive timelines and across multiple projects while maintaining process standards and controls
• Work in a cross-functional team forming partnerships with the Medicare Team, Trend Team, and Commercial to ensure consistency with emerging trends and strategic planning
• Work closely with the actuary leading Rate filings to ensure rating methodology in rate filings is consistent with the rating model i.e. Medicare Bids
• Build solid relationships across teams that will serve to strengthen our product for our members and your network for future career development
• Contribute to growth goals of the Practice individually and as a part of the broader team
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience working in US healthcare market
• Total relevant work experience of 12+ years and more in Health/General Insurance actuarial domain
• Qualified or near-qualified actuary (Preferably cleared SP1 - IFOA or equivalent IAI / SOA exam)
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, SAS, and either of R, Python, Tableau, PowerBI, VBA, or predictive modeling
• Solid written and verbal communication skills and experience interacting with senior management
