We’re looking to hire a Manager, Affiliate Marketing for our client, an American pharmaceutical and skincare company. This is a remote, 12-month+ contract opportunity for candidates located in California or New York. In this exciting role, you’ll build and lead a performance-based Affiliate Marketing Program for high-quality skincare products recommended by dermatologists and plastic surgeons. You’ll collaborate with Paid Media, E-commerce, and PR teams to scale quickly and deliver measurable results, creating and shaping the program from the ground up. There is no application deadline for this role. Manager, Affiliate Marketing Responsibilities: • Manage the client’s affiliate channel, including program activation and publisher development across paid, owned, and earned strategies. • Act as the main contact for agency, network, and publisher relationships, including invoicing and payment, fraud cross-checks, and application management. • Identify and negotiate affiliate partnerships, monitor KPIs, and optimize campaign performance for maximum ROI. • Create opportunity briefs, performance readouts, and insights aligned with strategy. • Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, E-Comm, Marketing Analytics, MarTech, and PR) to enhance the impact of the affiliate program. Manager, Affiliate Marketing Qualifications: • Experience managing and executing a performance-based affiliate marketing program across content publishers, traditional affiliate publishers, and influencer/partnership programs. • Experience building a program from scratch; experience in the e-commerce beauty/skincare industry (preferred). • Proficiency in affiliate networks (e.g., Rakuten, ShareASale, Impact, CJ, Pepperjam, etc.). • Extensive knowledge of analytics/reporting tools and methodologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.). • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing; strong understanding of performance marketing, online customer acquisition journeys, and conversion funnels. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a closely related field. • Experience with influencer marketing and TikTok Shop and IG Shop, including identifying, negotiating, and collaborating with influencers (preferred).
