• Motivate and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
• Oversee daily operations and workflow to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

• Implement and maintain efficient billing processes and procedures.
• Review and approve invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing of all services rendered.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

• Oversee the daily cash application process, ensuring timely and accurate posting of payments.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and short payments.
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging to minimize outstanding balances.

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including aging reports.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure data integrity and consistency.

• Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency.
• Implement new technologies and systems to enhance billing operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in managing billing and accounts receivable.
• At least 2 years of people management experience. 
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in billing software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
