What you'll do:

• Lead the creation of build automation and deployment guides for consistent, reliable server setups.
• Implement enterprise-wide messaging and collaboration solutions to streamline administrative processes and boost end-user productivity.
• Mentor cross-functional teams to gather, define, and organize detailed user and system requirements.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and resolve problems to ensure seamless operations.
• Establish security measures, including Dynamics 365 F&SCM Security, integrity, and business continuity controls.
• Take charge of Dynamics 365 F&SCM technical infrastructure design and integration within the existing customer environment.
• Collaborate closely with Customer IT Operation management and design performance frameworks and high-availability architectures, running performance benchmarks on critical business transactions.

Skills and experiences:

• Strong knowledge of ERP implementations with either Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365 F&O, or Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
• Expertise in Dynamics F&SCM systems, cloud infrastructure, operating systems, networking, and security.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of build automation, deployment, and collaboration solutions.
• Exhibit a knack for collecting and defining user and system requirements.
• Ability to lead both on and offshore teams to successful outcomes.
• Display a track record of designing security measures and ensuring business continuity.
• Show proficiency in performance frameworks, high-availability architectures, and benchmarking.
