Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and creativeManager – Digital Marketingto lead our digital strategy and online brand presence. The role will drive all aspects of digital marketing, including social media, e-commerce, paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, and influencer collaborations, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement for Sterling Perfumes’ brands across global markets. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and online sales. • Manage all digital channels including website, e-commerce platforms, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid media campaigns. • Lead content creation strategies, including storytelling, product launches, and visual campaigns aligned with brand positioning. • Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns. • Oversee influencer marketing and brand collaborations to maximize market reach. • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights. • Optimize website and online platforms for user experience and conversion. • Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and technologies to keep Sterling Perfumes ahead of the competition. • Manage digital marketing budget and ensure ROI-driven campaigns. • Lead and mentor a team of digital executives and coordinate with external agencies when required. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field; Master’s is a plus. • 6–8 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role. • Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, e-commerce, and digital analytics. • Experience in FMCG, perfumes, cosmetics, or luxury industry is preferred. • Excellent knowledge of content marketing, influencer management, and social media strategy. • Creative mindset with strong analytical and project management skills. • Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
