Job Summary:
Supports and oversees the efforts of a team of Digital Account Managers (DAM), and works in close partnership with Account Executives (AEs) to deliver high-quality on-time responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs) with innovative digital media campaigns, product & research presentations, campaign fulfillment and campaign optimization recaps that highlight the features of our digital products and their impact on the advertiser's KPIs.

Responsibilities
  • Support Sales Representatives with all digital planning & activation through expedient customer service, clear & thorough communication, and diligent project & workflow management
  • Dissect Digital RFPs and craft media plans based marketing objectives, asset availability, cost-efficiency, and KPIs
  • Strategic selection of marketing & research materials to incorporate into client proposals and recaps
  • Manage all aspects of post-sale campaign activation from the initiation of the project to the workflow of subsequent tasks that ensure on-time delivery of all media plan components
  • Act as a liaison for third-party digital partnerships; working to integrate partner assets with our own to develop optimized campaign strategies
  • Act as a liaison between local and national teams to collaborate on campaign strategy and digital asset implementation
  • Facilitate direct client communication when beneficial to streamline the outcome
  • Ensures on-time and correct completion of all RFPs and tracking of proposal submissions
  • Ensures on-time and correct completion of all campaign fulfillment and tracking of sold campaign activations
  • Analyzes assignment volume across teams, and develops and manages workload distribution, performance and progress.
  • Handles and expedites complex RFP & campaign fulfillment situations.
  • Discusses, resolves and escalates problems and resolutions as they arise.
  • Enforces all company policies and procedures.
  • Provides ongoing feedback and coaching, and conducts annual performance reviews for assigned team.
  • Attends, leads and participates in team meetings.

  • Knowledge of Google DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP) is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Strong understanding of digital media advertising
  • An understanding of the Digital Audio & Podcast industry a plus
  • An understanding of Paid & Influencer Social Media a plus

Work/Education Experience
  • 4+ years' experience in Digital Media industry is preferred
  • 2+ years' experience in Management
  • 4-year college degree preferred


Compensation
  • $88,000-$110,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
