The Manager Digitization - The Catalent Way is responsible for ensuring development and deployment digitization opportunities. The role has responsibility for partnering with key business and plant stakeholders to consolidate digitization requirements, liaising with the IT team for technical specification finalization and execution planning. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating automation tool adoption, managing projects, presenting progress to leaders, coordinating training for system implementation, and more. The Manager Digitization - The Catalent Way will facilitate deployment Digital tools and take a leadership and ownership role of the Process Performance Dimension of the Catalent Operating System known as The Catalent Way.

Location: Hybrid

Role:

• As a part of TCW Team Collaborate closely with key business and plant stakeholders and reginal CI Team members to gather and consolidate digitization requirements.
• Facilitate productive discussions and gather insights to ensure alignment between business needs and technological solutions.
• Develop advance level data analytics Models for process optimization.
• Create Value stream data model and capacity model simulations. Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and plant operations through technology and advancements in working methods.
• Support automation and digitization initiatives within manufacturing operations, encompassing areas such as data analytics, AR/VR, IOT, Data Lake, and MES deployment.
• 30% travel expectations (domestic & international).
• Other duties as assigned.

The Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering) required.
• Black Belt certification preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years' collective experience in Operations and Continuous Improvement roles within pharmaceutical or similar environment.
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in leading CI and Digitization projects.
• Demonstrated mastery of quality improvement methods such as LEAN, Six Sigma.
• Experience working to regulatory standards: FDA, Good Engineering Practice (GEP), Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) and Good Documentation Procedures (GDP).
• Excellent understanding and/or skills in developing data visualizations utilizing excel, Power BI and automation through Power automate.
