Your Role:

• Engaging in experimentation, continuous learning, and ensuring strict adherence to guidelines and regulations for consistent practices
• Partnering with the leadership team to hire, developing and growing the Dream11 non-tech team
• Contributing in building scalable people practices and creative engagement programs for all Dreamsters
• Cultivating the core values within Dreamsters as Dream11's culture ambassador
• Establishing trust via ongoing, open, and transparent communication, and have a knack for providing honest feedback to leaders
• Relationship building and influencing multiple stakeholders

Qualifiers:

• 5+ years of experience as an HRBP, having partnered with at least 100 employees
