Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to support our China commercial teams. The successful candidate will act as the single point of contact for the commercial team, building trusted relationships to ensure seamless business operations, support productivity improvements, and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Define and align the digital & IT roadmap to focus on the most impactful areas.

• Collaborate with financial partners to plan and manage the digital & IT budget for efficient fulfilment.

• Lead demand management, offering business requirements and process insights for project success.

• Expertise in digital solutions related to business process and can translate business requirements into actionable digital solutions.

• Act as the primary contact and partner concern point for all digital & IT-related matters.

• Partner with global, regional, and local teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Experience & Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field is helpful.

• Minimum of 8 years in MNCs company digital and IT areas, preferably with strong business partnership experience.

• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams or on cross-functional projects.

• Skilled in analyzing and detailing business requirements, translating them into technical needs.

• Extensive IT project management, resource optimization; certification preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English.

• Proactive, adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
