Job Description Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to support day-to-day campaign execution and project coordination across the marketing department. This individual will work closely with the Paid Media, Marketing Communications, and property teams to manage timelines, execute seasonal promotions, and ensure delivery of key marketing initiatives. This position will report in person to our Las Vegas corporate office. Key Responsibilities • Submit and track marketing initiatives in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Wrike, Monday.com). • Assist the Paid Media, Brand, and Communications teams in executing flash sales, limited-time offers, and seasonal campaigns. • Coordinate timelines and deliverables for paid placements, media partnerships, and communication rollouts to ensure all deadlines are met. • Liaise between internal stakeholders and external partners to keep projects on schedule. • Support the creation and organization of campaign recap and promotional presentations for internal reporting and leadership review. • Monitor campaign execution status and escalate potential delays or issues. • Organize and maintain documentation related to campaign timelines, media plans, and deliverables. • Traffic paid media creative to external partners. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in a marketing support, campaign coordination, or project management role. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and deadlines simultaneously. • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar). • Experience using Microsoft Excel to create and filter pivot tables. • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides for building presentations. • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Detail-oriented with a solution-focused mindset. • Experience working in hospitality, luxury, or high-volume marketing environments. • Familiarity with paid media planning or marketing communication workflows. • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
