Summary
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic thinking Manager of MSP Sales to lead, develop, and empower our sales team. This pivotal role involves not only defining and managing sales metrics but also shaping the entire sales administration process. The ideal candidate will excel in cross-functional collaboration, exhibiting superb communication skills while fostering a cohesive team environment.
As the Manager of MSP Sales, you will be entrusted with building and steering a high-performance sales team dedicated to ensuring partner satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in the dynamic world of sales, value teamwork, and are adept at inspiring others to excel in identifying opportunities and achieving remarkable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Direct and oversee the MSP Sales representatives team, driving results that achieve or surpass quotas in each sales period.
• Instill motivation and a sense of purpose within the sales team, creating an environment that encourages peak performance.
• Recruit, coach, train, evaluate, and continuously monitor the performance of sales representatives.
• Develop and manage realistic sales forecasts, incorporating individual performance, historical data, and alignment with the company's business objectives.
• Utilize CRM and other analytical tools to make data-driven strategic decisions, providing effective coaching for continuous improvement.
• Excel as a compelling and articulate presenter, effectively communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrate the ability to craft, implement, and measure the success of a comprehensive sales strategy.
Who You Are
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field preferred.
• Over 5 years of proven experience in quota-carrying sales.
• More than 3 years of successful experience leading a high-performing sales team.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and passionate about achieving personal, team, partner, and company goals.
• A successful track record of pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce.
• Proficient in technology tools, including MS Office, Salesforce, and Slack.
• Certification and/or training with formal selling methodologies is a plus.
• Experience managing or selling into the MSP Market is preferred.
• Willingness to travel, with a commitment to 25% or more of the time.

The estimated compensation range for this position is: from $150,000 to $200,000 OTE annually. Actual compensation may vary and will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
