Job Summary:

Responsible for the supervision of all nursing staff and patient care related activities as well as the communication and escalation of staff, patient and facility related safety concerns.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required, Bachelor’s degree preferred 


• Current Connecticut Registered Nurse license required


• Minimum 3 years psychiatric nursing experience required


• Previous supervisory experience preferred


• Computer proficiency and keyboarding skills


• Strong organizational skills


• Ability to set, prioritize, and meet deadlines
