This Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in energizing the brand across wholesale specialty channels, both in-store and online. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, tools, and materials that support both sell-in and sell-through processes, ensuring seamless hand-offs to sales teams. Marketing Manager Responsibilities: • Enhance the retail experience by staying ahead of trends and technology. Develop tools and programs to ensure a cohesive and premium in-store presence. • Design and manage co-op initiatives, including budget oversight and strategic execution, to meet sales goals. • Create top-tier tools and assets to elevate brand positioning, including social sharing tools and offline materials. • Oversee the development and production of high-quality promotional goods to strengthen brand relationships. • Develop innovative training experiences for retail associates to effectively communicate the brand's value. • Contribute to ideation and execution for third-party channels, ensuring alignment with product priorities. Marketing Manager Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 5 to 7 years of marketing experience, preferably in footwear or lifestyle brands. • Proven leadership and management experience. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. • Experience with project management software like Asana is advantageous. • Highly organized and connected to both the brand and its community.
