Manager or Senior Analyst Financial Reporting

About the Role We're seeking aManager or Senior Analyst, Financial Reportingwith expertise inSEC reporting, SOX compliance, and technical accounting. This high-impact role will report to the VP, Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting, and is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in public accounting or industry financial reporting who want to contribute to a public company’s external reporting, internal controls, and technical accounting functions. You’ll play a key role in preparing10-Ks, 10-Qs, and other SEC filings, managing SOX documentation and compliance, and supporting technical accounting research and implementation. This is a great opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, external auditors, legal, and other internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities • Prepare and supportSEC filings, including10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, and XBRL tagging usingWorkiva • Own the preparation of thestatement of cash flowsand related disclosures • Draft and updatefootnotes and MD&Adisclosures in accordance with US GAAP and SEC requirements • Conduct research and writetechnical accounting memos • Research, benchmark, and draftnew disclosures • SupportSOX 404 complianceefforts, including documentation of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) • Assist withearnings releasesupport, investor relations deliverables, and audit committee materials • Partner with external auditors to coordinate quarterly reviews and year-end audit procedures • Monitor new and proposed accounting pronouncements and assess company impact • Contribute to special projects involving system implementations, policy updates, or process improvementsWhat You Bring • 5+ years ofrelevant experienceinfinancial reporting,preferably a combination of big 4 or national firm experience and industry accounting for a public company • Strong understanding ofU.S. GAAP, SEC reporting regulations, andSOX/internal controls • Proven experience preparing or auditing10-Ks, 10-Qs, and footnote disclosures • Experience withWorkivaor other SEC reporting platforms • Strong accounting research andtechnical memo writingskills • Highly detail-oriented with excellent analytical and project management skills • CPA strongly preferredEducation • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field • CPA certification (active or inactive) strongly preferredWhy join us?
