Job Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end eCommerce operations, including order management, supply chain, inventory planning, and customer service
• Drive operational project initiatives to enhance eCommerce processes, addressing both standard and unique solution requirements
• Oversee complete order processing in SAP, covering tasks like order entry, administration, and shipping
• Monitor and ensure all orders are processed in line with fulfillment SOPs
• Manage inventory allocation and implement replenishment processes to maintain optimal stock levels of high-demand items
• Address order-related queries through ticketing systems
• Perform SAP inventory reconciliation with warehouse data
• Oversee returned merchandise in warehouses and coordinate with service providers for optimal resource usage
• Collaborate with relevant departments to manage excess and obsolete inventory, minimizing business risk
• Maintain and manage data for regular performance metric reporting to management

Pre-Requisites :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the consumer electronics industry
• Skilled at working in fast-paced environments
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• SAP ECC knowledge is a plus
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills
• Independent problem-solver and collaborative team player with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Proven people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate direct reports and effectively collaborate within a matrix organization
