The Role:

Charlotte Tilbury is seeking a Manager, People Operations to join our dynamic North American People team. As a member of our People Operations Team in North America and our global People team in the UK, the Manager, People Operations will assist in integral People team projects, tackle administrative tasks, participate in onboarding, total rewards, and payroll-related processes, maintain data and systems while preserving a service-minded perspective for our greater team and business partners overall. The Manager, People Operations will work closely with People Team BPs (locally and globally) and other internal functions to ensure team members at Charlotte Tilbury have a seamless experience with People systems and processes.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Serve as point of contact for team members on company policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
  • Maintain impeccable people-related data within all systems, creating new workflows where needed for effective reporting and analytics.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in People-related issues and internal audits; federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Coordinate with People Partners to onboard new team members, including I9 completion, systems implementation, and People-focused orientation.
  • Execute accurate processing and records within the employee lifecycle (transfers, exits, changes) on payroll and HRIS systems.
  • Audit HRIS system errors by identifying, researching, and logging issues for resolutions, at times directly communicating with global partners.
  • First point of contact for all immigration/visa inquiries, working with the support of outside counsel.
  • Manage all leaves of absence, including disability, parental leave, FMLA, etc., providing instruction and support to payroll.
  • Provide bi-weekly payroll support by tracking exceptions, leave-pay, etc., assisting when needed in the internal audit process, and serving as a back-up during PTO when needed.
  • Prepare and distribute reports from our HRIS and Payroll systems for both local and global people teams, finance, audit, and legal.
  • Lead in the resolution of employee inquiries by researching issues within the HRIS and ADP WFN systems.
  • Assist in managing relationships with external partners via raising purchase orders, tracking, and reconciling invoices.

Reporting Relationships: The Manager, People Operations reports to the Director, People Operations and Facilities.

Requirements

Key Selection Criteria:

  • 3-6 years' experience as an HR Generalist/Analyst or similar position
  • 1-2 years' working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now or equivalent payroll processing System.
  • Spanish-speaking, bilingual preferred
  • High level of understanding of data sets, reporting and passionate about data cleanliness.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong desire for process and workflow improvement
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant legal regulations regarding labor and compliance.
  • Experience working with a fast-growing company.
  • Demonstrated ability to get up to speed quickly and efficiently

Base Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00**
