Manager, Product Development - STL (TraceLink, Inc. – Wilmington, MA):

Job Duties: Responsible for the execution in the platform product area and setting priorities and milestones for all of the product area.

Duties include:

1. Managing and coordinating Risks, Timelines, Schedules, Resource Availability, Dependencies, deployment Dates, and Communication.
2. Partnering with STOs/STLs and stakeholders to standardize and streamline the deployment processes to accelerate time to market with a complex ecosystem of independently versioned applications spanning multiple domains.
3. Partnering with Project Management, Product Management, Engineering, User Experience, Technical Communications, Compliance, Services, Cloud Operations, and Compliance to manage the planning and execution of software deployments supporting on-time, quality delivery, and meeting business objectives.
4. Directing the execution and evaluation of new and existing deployments to identify improvements and measure outcomes in collaboration with the STO.
5. Managing and administering Jira.
6. Marrying the roadmap with deployment schedules and communicating with product development leadership (STO and STLs) and business stakeholders.

Position Requirements:

Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or closely related field, plus 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer or related occupation. 

Experience, which may be gained concurrently, must include the following:

• 3 years of experience conducting code review;
• 3 years of experience with authentication, authorization, and secrets management technologies;
• 3 years of experience utilizing Amazon Web Services cloud computing;
• 3 years of experience utilizing Kubernetes;
• 3 years of experience utilizing RxJava, Vert.x, or other reactive programming tools;
• 1 year of experience with Keycloak or similar identity and access management;
• 1 year of experience using OPA policy based access control;
• 1 year of experience using Vault secrets management;
