The Partner Delivery Enablement Manager is a senior-level position within the Delivery Enablement team (part of our Professional Services crew). Primary responsibilities include providing guidance to a team working on Delivery Enablement initiatives focused on partners and acting as the primary interface from Delivery Enablement to the delivery partners and the SailPoint Partner Management group.
Responsibilities:

• Work with PS Leadership to define and manage the Delivery Admiral Program
• The primary point of contact for delivery partners regarding Delivery Enablement initiatives including the Delivery Admiral Program
• The primary point of contact for the SailPoint Partner Management group regarding Delivery Enablement initiatives including the Delivery Admiral Program
• Provide guidance and direction to the matrixed resources working on Partner Delivery Enablement initiatives
• Coordinate with the Partner Fleet Program
• Coordinate with the teams that are creating partner scorecards and portals to make sure those tools meet the needs of Partner Delivery Enablement and the Delivery Admiral Program
• Communicate to partners about Partner Delivery Enablement initiatives
• Report to PS Leadership on Partner Delivery Enablement initiatives, performance, and KPIs

Within 1 month:
You will participate in corporate onboarding and start working through our prepared delivery partner training. You will also participate in the IdentityNow Essentials and higher-level training through the Identity University and dive into the Partner Fleet program.
Within 3-6 months:
You will familiarize yourself with the internal team and partner ecosystem and take steps to own the delivery of our Delivery Admiral Program for partners. Understanding and communicating the partner perspective internally and what content should be delivered to partners will be a part of this ownership. You will be involved in the overall program planning conversations and contribute in a leadership role.
Within 1 year:
You will own the Partner Delivery Enablement Program while managing a team of up to 3 members and cultivating internal and partner relationships on an ongoing basis. You'll work with internal resourcing to provide workshops, content, and training to partners while keeping the goals of the program in view.
Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator, including involvement with partners. This should include 3+ years of management in a partner delivery enablement organization.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent English language communication skills
• Experience with delivering enablement content via webinars, recorded videos, etc.
• Experience with People Management
