マネージャーとしてKPI管理や関連部門との折衝はもちろん、弊社のビジネスグロースを大きく牽引している外勤営業を育成して輩出するという非常に大きなミッションがあります。

Responsibilities
• チームメンバーの採用、育成、トレーニング、コーチング
• チームメンバーのKPI管理、モチベーション管理、チームパフォーマンスの最大化
• 外勤営業マネージャーとの連携(営業戦略の相互理解、アクションプラン策定、レポーティング)
• マーケティングとの連携(効果的なキャンペーンの企画、立案、実行)
• 営業企画、他部門との連携(各種プロセス改善の提案と実行)
• 上位マネジメントに対する各種レポーティング

【必須(MUST)】
- 育成への高いモチベーション
- 6年以上の営業経験
- 3年以上のチームマネジメント経験(メンバー5人以上が望ましい)
- 各種KPIに基づくパフォーマンスマネジメントスキル
- 高いコミュニケーション力
- 役割/KPIが違う関係各所とのアライメント力
- タイムマネジメントスキル

【歓迎(WANT)】
- 英語でのコミュニケーション力

インサイドセールスには営業経験はあるものの、多種多様な業界出身者が入社してきます。
それぞれのバックグラウンドが違うこともあり、育成やマネジメントも個々にカスタイマイズが必要です。
