To consolidate Onapsis as the thought-leader in the Business Critical Application security field, we've built manage a team of skilled security researchers, with the ability to design and implement innovative solutions to assess and protect SAP and Oracle platforms. This role manages and extends the Intellectual Property portfolio of the Company.

Key Activities And Responsibilities

• Establish collaborative and productive relationships with the Professional Services team and the Marketing teams.
• Actively participate in the hiring process, define team sizing and resource allocation.
• Manage the budget of the Research team.
• Mentor, coach, teach. Generate growth opportunities for your reports.
• Understand business priorities and balance them with the complexity of technical solutions
• Plan and execute mid-long term research roadmap with excellence
• Manage and coordinate tasks and projects
• Budget management.

Required Skills And Aptitudes

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related
• 10+ years of IT
• 5+ years of experience in similar roles leading and managing one or more teams.
• 5+ years of experience in the IT Security Field
• Excellent oral and written communication skills upward, downward, sideways and outward
• Data-driven and result oriented
• Great team player and builder
• Ability to motivate and get things done
• Interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate with other teams in the company
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and secure software development

 Desired Skills And Aptitudes

• Experience in cybersecurity companies
