As the Manager of Site Operations, you will be the quarterback in our eCommerce operations, ensuring that content and product launches are flawlessly executed. This role demands a detail-oriented individual with a knack for process improvement, experience in Shopify, and the ability to collaborate closely with teams across the organization. If you have a track record of managing complex operations and driving efficiency, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the final checkpoint before content and products go live, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards
  • Drive process improvements for operational efficiency, particularly in content and product deployment
  • Manage the build-out of all pages, PFMs and promotions within the Shopify platform
  • Own and maintain the site catalog, excluded product lists and all promo codes
  • Determine best processes for scheduling content and PDP builds and deploy best practices within the team
  • Set rules for search algorithms and product recommenders, optimizing the consumer shopping experience
  • Build subject matter expert knowledge within the team on internal search and targeting and personalization of consumer groups
  • Collaborate with SEO, product, and digital marketing teams to enhance site visibility and performance
  • Manage direct report through clear expectations, clear and objective feedback and through removing roadblocks and fostering autonomy

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in eCommerce or project management, with Shopify experience highly preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to manage deadlines and complex projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering projects on time and managing detailed work plans
