Position Summary
As a Manager Supply Chain Strategy, you'll be responsible for the strategic development & oversight of end-to-end Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) project development and execution. You will collaborate with support networks to ensure proper development, communication, and ramp up planning is achieved. You'll also build standards for training, documentation, strategic planning, and project execution.
• Promote and lead safety for new automated operations• Prepare for integrations of warehouse automation startups at new and existing sites• Collaborate with vendors, onsite local team, and project management personnel to align on priorities and requirements• Communicate strategy and plans to key stakeholders in supply chain and engineering for smooth project transitions• Identify, prioritize, and define the development of competencies required to ensure effective execution of startup activities and prevention of failures• Support equipment standardization and influence system design to identify the optimal solution to integrate to our sites during and after construction
Requirements• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business-related field• 5+ years' experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, project management, demand planning, or a related field
