Salary Range: $117,000 to $133,000 USD

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.

We are seeking a Manager, Talent Operations t o join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals for our business and the planet.
What you get to do:
Talent Acquisition
- Manage and mentor a team of talent acquisition business partners.
- Evaluate and improve our talent acquisition processes and workflow to drive efficiencies and support scale.
- Manage our talent acquisition tools and software, including migration to a new ATS.
- Maintain and improve recruiting metrics that will drive decision making across the organization
- Optimize and implement scalable recruiting and broader talent programs and trainings that allow us to attract and retain top diverse talent (eg. internal mobility, early in career etc.)
- Partner with our internal teams to ensure we have designed our recruiting processes to meet local laws and regulations.
- Work as the point of contact between People Team, finance and leadership on headcount requests and budgets.
Project Management & Process Improvement
- Provide program and project management expertise including, workflows, timelines, documentation, updates and governance.
- Act as project manager for complex cross functional projects to ensure objectives are met.
- Design, improve, and implement new processes with the Talent team and key stakeholders to increase effectiveness.
What you bring to Uplight:
- Demonstrated experience managing full life cycle recruiting and managing a team of recruiters.
- Proven ability to manage a geographically distributed team and work in a hybrid work setting.
- In depth experience with recruiting tools and systems
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
