• 6+ years of experience in manpower planning & human resources
• Experienced in developing and implementing effective manpower planning strategies
• Proficiency in creating manpower reports and resolving any related issues

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Business Management
