Manual/conventional Machinist

If you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities • Set up and operate manual and conventional machining equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders. • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements. • Perform quality checks on finished products using precision measuring instruments. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices. • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues. • Assist in the development of new machining processes and techniques to improve efficiency. • Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; certification in machining is a plus. • Proven experience as a Manual/Conventional Machinist or similar role. • Strong understanding of machining processes, tools, and materials. • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics. • Proficient in the use of measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Salary info: $25 - $40 / hr
