火力発電用ガスタービン修理のための分解・組立プロセス・ブラスト関連の作業等
Job Description
主な作業
- 作業指示に従って修理部品の分解・組立・表面処理作業及びその作業に付随するマスキング作業
- 製品の品質を確保し、機器の保守、校正作業、計画された日程に従って生産量/ペースの調整、設備及び作業場の清掃の実施
- EHS・品質管理及びその他ルールを順守・積極的な協力
- 仕事の負荷により他工程をサポートするための多工程スキルの習得
- 修理部品、治工具及び材料等の移送や設置等の作業のためのクレーン操作／リフター操作
必要な経験
- エア工具・検査等の実務経験が好ましい
- 必要な資格免許
- 粉塵作業・砥石交換・床上操作ｸﾚｰﾝ・玉掛け・ロボット・フォークリフト・アーク溶接等資格取得者が望ましいが弊社での取得も可能
就業時間
- 工場負荷の情況により２交代制、３交代制に対応できる人が好ましい
