- Ensure all quality related items for multiple cells or a complex cell are complete and documented to meet established quality standards.
- Guide cost reduction and process improvement in multiple cells or a complex cell to ensure efficiency of operations and cost effectiveness.
- Plan and execute scheduling for multiple cells or a complex cell to meet production schedules.
- Guide the sequencing of work, such as build and delivery, for multiple cells or a complex cell to optimize productivity.
- Facilitate activities for materials and logistics problem resolution for multiple cells or a complex cell to ensure availability of materials and smooth operations.
- Guide production innovation, including additive manufacturing, for multiple cells or a complex cell to enhance production capabilities.
- Collaborate with customers to understand customer needs and issues and ensure that the customers receive satisfactory standards of service.
- Ensure all employees have a safety-first mindset and are adhering to EH&S policies.
- Execute production plan in line with the MPS (Master Production Schedule) to achieve on time delivery, hours, and efficiency commitments.
- Real time problem resolution and troubleshooting issues as they arise without the direction of management.
- Effectively manage resource requirements in line with capacity models and demand rates
- Pulse survey participation, listening to feedback and driving improvement actions.
- Lead and conducts meetings / reviews and prepares information to communicate the status of the programs to internal and external customers.
- Work Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6AM -6:30PM.
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience with specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices orin absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience.
- 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
- LEAN certification.
- SAP proficiency.

- Proven ability to facilitate difficult conversations and communicate early, and concisely with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Ability to remain focused under pressure to assess and resolve challenges.
