Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!

• Responsible for each prefabrication milestone progress E2E starting from production plan, programming, punching, bending, welding, subcontracting, and delivery & Managing Load Vs Capacity and capacity sizing.

• Responsible for prefabrication center team (building, development, 5S discipline, PPEs discipline, Skill Matrix, and performance review).

• Responsible for weekly non-value-added time analysis and improvement actions against.

• Responsible on lines Dashboard KPIs. (Scrap rate, OEE, Direct labor productivity, Plan fulfillment and Stock accuracy. In addition to cost center management & Control of sheet metal and copper)

• Responsible for subcontractors' allocation plan execution and subcontractors OTD follow up.

• Responsible for annual Prefab roadmap (PLANNING, PERFORMANCE, PEOPLE, OPERARION, SAFETY & QUALITY)

• Responsible for the performance of a production/manufacturing sector through hierarchical animation of teams.

• Aligns resources with needs within short- & medium-term horizon, elaborates training plans where necessary for successful execution of standardized work, leads short interval management at sector level, formulates/escalates issues where necessary.

Qualifications

About You

• Bachelors' Degree in: Production/Mechanical Engineering

• 6-8 years' experience in production / manufacturing.

• ERP user is a must and SAP user is preferrable.

• Lean Six sigma and Operational excellence expertise is a must.

• 2-3 years of experience in people management.

• Expertise in CNC programming is preferable.

• Minimum 3 years of expertise in sheet metal / Copper fabrication field.
