• Analyze market dynamics, including supply and demand, pricing, and investment trends.
• Identify growth opportunities and potential risks.

• Monitor competitors' activities, product offerings, and market positioning.
• Benchmark our performance against industry leaders.
• Provide recommendations for staying ahead of the curve.

• Stay informed about policy changes, incentives, and regulations impacting grid and Power-to-X markets.
• Evaluate the implications for our business and propose strategies.

• Develop quantitative models to predict market behavior.
• Forecast demand, capacity, and adoption rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine business plans.

• Define and monitor strategic planning process roadmap, including milestones.
• Define and implement processes for coordination among cross-functional teams.
• Assure standardized deliverables, control document changes, organize archives.
• Benchmark knowledge sharing tools, populate portal.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D and Product Lines, regional stakeholders and account managers.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
• Communicate findings clearly and concisely.

• Fluent written and spoken English. French will be valued.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years in market analysis, preferably in the energy sector.
• Program management capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
• A genuine interest in advancing clean energy solutions and contributing to a sustainable future.
