About Us: Assisted Living Facility Launch provides a comprehensive solution to help individuals nationwide establish profitable and purposeful licensed Home & Community Based Care Agencies Including Group Homes, Supported Living Services, Adult Day Programs, Etc. Our mission is to simplify the process, enabling entrepreneurs to focus on creating impactful homes for underserved populations. We are seeking a Market Research & Documentation Specialist who is highly organized, proactive, and excels at conducting in-depth research to streamline licensing, funding, and operational processes. If you thrive on solving complex problems, creating clear documentation, and engaging with regulatory and funding agencies, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: -Market Research & Analysis -Research licensed and non-licensed assisted living facility models across the U.S. -Identify differences in state regulations, licensing processes, and funding opportunities. -Document placement, funding, and licensing agencies’ requirements nationwide. Documentation & Program Design: -Draft tailored program designs for submission to licensing agencies. -Develop user-friendly self-serve hubs for licensing, funding, and placement agency workflows. Agency Liaison: -Communicate with licensing, funding, and placement agencies for up-to-date information. -Build relationships with regulatory bodies and resolve challenges efficiently. Content Creation: -Create documentation and guides to help clients navigate state and federal processes. -Develop templates, FAQs, and resources for assisted living facility models. Collaboration: -Work with internal teams to ensure research aligns with organizational goals. -Act as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding documentation needs. Qualifications: Experience: -3+ years in market research, regulatory documentation, or related fields. -Experience in the assisted living or healthcare industry is a plus. Skills: -Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. -Proficient in drafting/editing program designs, applications, and reports. -Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex information. -Experience with tools like Notion or SharePoint to create online hubs. Mindset: -Comfortable calling agencies and navigating bureaucratic systems. -Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving. -Eager to learn new processes and systems. Technical: -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace. -Familiarity with CRM or project management tools is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Ability to Commute: β€’ San Diego, CA 92172 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: β€’ San Diego, CA 92172: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
