MARKETER & ATTORNEY LIASON FOR MEDICAL PRACTICE

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to fill the role of Marketing Manager & Attorney Liaison, working directly for one surgeon and one pain management physician. Job Description: The Marketing Director & Attorney Liaison will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts while also serving as a key point of contact for attorney relations in medical legal cases. This position is ideal for someone who is energetic, extroverted, and a self-starter, with a proven track record in marketing or sales. Experience in medical legal case work is a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to grow the practice’s patient base and referral network. - Foster and maintain relationships with attorneys, serving as a liaison for medical legal cases. - Create compelling marketing materials, including digital content, brochures, and advertisements. - Coordinate and manage introductory dinners/meetings, promotional events, workshops, and other marketing activities. - Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results. - Collaborate closely with the medical team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding. - Manage and oversee the practice's social media presence and online reputation. - Maintain meticulous records and documentation for all marketing and legal liaison activities. - Be available for communications with referral sources at all times. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. - Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a related role. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. - Energetic, outgoing, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with medical legal case work is a plus. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation is a plus.
