Marketer - Skilled Nursing Home - NY

Recruit Secure is collaborating with an established, successful, and stable Healthcare company that owns a large Skilled Nursing Home in the Brooklyn, NY area, seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketer to join their team. The Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans and identifying resources to meet the census goals of a Skilled Nursing Home (about 300+ beds). The focus of this position is to generate admissions at the facility and enhance the company's brand. The successful candidate will have several years of experience in building relationships with Hospitals, Physician Groups, Social Workers, Case Workers, as well as calling on and presenting to external businesses, outside vendors, and community organizations. Additionally, the Marketer will be very familiar with healthcare facilities in Brooklyn and Queens, NY. A competitive salary, bonus plans, medical and dental plans, 401K, and other perks are offered. Responsibilities: • Interacts with community leaders, social workers, case managers, and discharge planners to maintain and develop referral relationships. • Work with the Admissions department to meet short-term and long-range census goals. • Create, manage, and monitor new business development plans • Communicate with SNF Administrators to be abreast of policies affecting Admissions and finances.Requirements: • Prior Marketing experience for Skilled Nursing Facilities - a must • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid insurance • Knowledge of Healthcare and Hospitals in Brooklyn, Queens, and metro NYC areas#IND123
