Entry Brand Ambassador We’re hiring an Entry-Level Brand Ambassador, someone we can train and develop into a Senior Brand Ambassador. This role is perfect for individuals ready to grow in customer service, brand representation, and sales. You’ll engage with customers face-to-face at high-traffic retail and event locations across San Antonio — including The Pearl District, River Walk, Traders Village, and major events like Fiesta San Antonio. This is anon-door-to-door rolefocused on building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers connect with the services or causes we represent. Responsibilities • Represent top nonprofit and telecom brands at live events and retail activations • Engage with customers to provide support, education, and product guidance • Help existing customers with service questions, basic troubleshooting, or billing clarity • Assist new customers by presenting internet, TV, wireless, and donation options • Deliver professional, customer-focused presentations that build trust and interest • Document key customer interactions and feedback to support quality follow-up • Act as a frontline brand expert, helping maintain high standards in the field Compensation & Perks: • $35,000–$45,000/year – Base salary plus commission based on performance • Consistent weekly pay with bonus opportunities • Paid training to ensure you're equipped to succeed from day one • A team-driven, family-oriented culture built on trust, support, and inclusion • Paid travel opportunities, including national and local events • A clear track to leadership and internal growth • Full-time only – ideal for career-focused individuals ready to take the next step Skills • Applicants must be of legal age or older • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with customers. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Prior customer service experience preferred but not required • Willingness to undergo training and learn company policies and procedures Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
