JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. The ability to follow proper payroll procedures.
2. The ability to collect out box materials and process.
3. The ability to trace reservations and amenities.
4. The ability to create and kill files for all groups.
5. The ability to run all required reports from the computer.
6. The ability to type, input and complete other project work.
7. The ability to back up the computer files.
8. The ability to generate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports from Delphi.
9. The ability to fax and copy materials for sales personnel.
10. The ability to distribute mail daily.
11. The ability to create and maintain the reader files for each Sales Manager.
12. The ability to attend and participate in required meetings.
13. The ability to order all office supplies on a weekly basis for the office.
14. The ability to participate in the month end report.
15. The ability to complete all reports on a timely and accurate basis.
16. The ability to utilize the telephones according to Four Season's standards.
17. The ability to greet sales and/or sales clients and give them tours if necessary.
18. The ability to handle contracts and inquiries, both for tentative and definite groups.
19. The ability to take individual reservations.
20. The ability to produce meeting packets.
21. The ability to order reservation cards.
22. The ability to complete and process properly purchase orders.
23. The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
24. The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
