This is a stand-alone, high-impact role where you will act as the strategic link between the US business, European headquarters, and a specialist Texas-based marketing agency with deep sector expertise. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing team at a pivotal stage—laying the groundwork for the North American marketing strategy, building a strong brand identity, and positioning the company as a leading player in the sustainable energy sector. -- RESPONSIBILITIES -- • Lead all marketing and communication activities for the North American market. • Partner closely with an external marketing agency to execute campaigns in media relations, communications, and employer branding. • Drive both digital and physical marketing initiatives, including website, SEO/SEM, email, social media, trade fairs, and industry events. • Support employer branding in close collaboration with US HR leadership. • Ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment with European headquarters. • Manage budgets and monitor KPIs. • Represent the company at key industry events, congresses, and sustainability-focused conferences --ABOUT YOU -- You are a proactive, strategic, and results-oriented marketing professional with a track record of delivering B2B campaigns in complex industries.
