Your Role: Brand Ambassador & Growth Representative We are seeking a compassionate, community-focused, and people-oriented Marketing and Sales Representative to help expand our reach. In this vital role, you’ll be the face of our company—building trusted relationships with families, partners, and healthcare professionals. This position is ideal for someone who genuinely loves connecting with people, values the stories of seniors, and thrives in a collaborative, service-oriented team. Key Responsibilities Community Outreach & Relationship Building- Represent us at community events, senior living facilities, health fairs, and networking functions - Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, case managers, and local partners - Serve as a brand ambassador, clearly communicating our mission, values, and services Referral Development & Event Coordination- Follow assigned outreach plan and execute company-led marketing strategies and direction - Identify and maintain referral relationships in designated regions - Distribute printed materials, conduct follow-ups, and participate in workshops, caregiver events, and community activities - Collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and team to meet goals and support assigned territory Reporting & Accountability- Attend all required meetings, including daily team check-ins, weekly one-on-ones, and monthly reviews - Complete daily activity logs and update CRM with accuracy and timeliness - Submit regular reports and demonstrate strong personal accountability, organization, and consistency in all duties Administrative & General Support- Be willing to assist with administrative duties or support tasks as assigned - Ensure marketing materials and supplies are up to date and organized - Be flexible and open to applying yourself where your support is most valuable within the company’s mission What You Bring · Preferably 2+ years of experience working with seniors—ideally in healthcare outreach, community relations, or service-based marketing · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you’re naturally a people person · Organized, dependable, and capable of managing follow-ups, calendars, and community outreach activities · A collaborative mindset—a true team player with the flexibility to adapt as the company grows · Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Bay Area (travel reimbursement provided) · A deep sense of service, professionalism, and pride in representing a mission-driven organization · Willingness to learn and be trained, if you have the heart and drive to grow in this field Why Join Us?
