n2y is a national leader in creating and delivering educational materials and curriculum for the special education classroom. The company creates symbols, content and curriculum delivered using dynamic and interactive applications to students, teachers and parents. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting various marketing initiatives aimed at promoting n2y's products and services, increasing brand awareness, and driving lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation Support - Assist the team in creating compelling marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and website copy.
- Email Marketing Support - Aid in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
- Product Marketing Support - Collaborate with the product marketing team to support in the development of product messaging, go-to-market plans, and competitive comparisons.
- Sales Support - Assist the marketing team in creating materials that facilitate the sales process including sales collateral presentations, case studies, and other materials to help sales representatives effectively communicate the benefits of n2y's offerings to prospects and customers.
- Market Research Support - Help gather and organize market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the educational technology industry.
- Event Coordination Support - Assist in the planning and coordinating marketing events, such as webinars, conferences, and trade shows, including logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
- Graphic Design and Copywriting Support - Collaborate with the creative services team to help create visual assets and compelling copy for marketing materials, presentations, and digital media.
- Analytics and Reporting Support - Help track and analyze marketing campaign performance using tools providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Administrative Support - Provide general administrative assistance to the Marketing team, including managing calendars, managing projects, scheduling meetings, and organizing marketing systems, files and documents.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Special Education related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, communications, or related roles is required.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot) is a plus.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) are desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, convey insights in a clear and concise manner, create visualizations and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities.
